Can someone please help this little darling and her owner? The owner has been in the hospital and Francine was boarded at a kennel for 4 months. PACT found her a foster, but being in a kennel for 4 months has traumatized her and she needs a little extra TLC and refresh training behaviors. The older owner is receiving care and will move to an assisted living facility allowing him to have Francine. She is the only thing he has left; someone, please help and foster her until he gets settled.

Francine
Fur Facts:
Female, American Eskimo
8 years old, 20 pounds
Low Energy, shy, fearful
Leash trained
House-trained and pee pad trained
Due to her current past trauma, she needs a home without other pets.
Gets along with people with a slow introduction. *
Does not like to be picked up
  • No young children

Francine is a sweet pup but is very shy at first, and it takes time for her to warm up to people. Francine loves other dogs and playing and hanging out with them all day. The perfect foster home would be semi-quiet, with adults only or with older children. Francine likes going on short walks and running around the park.

Francine is leash trained and house-broken, and pee-pad-trained. Since she has been living in a kennel for 4 months, she might need a little extra TLC. Low Energy and has high anxiety with loud noises and will try to run from the noise. Francine does not like to be picked up, but she may want to sit near you at the end of the day.
