Keith is a member of the US Army on assignment overseas from 2/10/2019 – 11/30/2019. His wife, Kayla, has moved home to finish her schooling, and unfortunately her parents’ dog does not like the couple’s faithful pooch, Jack. PACT is hoping to assist Kayla with a temporary foster near Flat Rock, NC, until Keith returns home.
Jack is a 4 year old Blue Heeler mix. He is neutered and about 70lbs. Jack is crate and leash trained, and knows commands for sit, speak, and lay down. Jack gets along well with other dogs and kids of all ages. He can also say “I love you!” Can you offer this talented boy a place to stay?
