Will is a member of the US Army currently overseas on his first assignment. Will’s dog, Jackson, had been staying with his stepfather when an unexpected medical issue came up – and now Jackson needs another place to stay, ASAP! Jackson is looking for a great foster home near Portsmouth, VA, from ASAP – 5/19/2020.
Jackson is a 2 year old neutered male Anatolian shepherd mix. Jackson is up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm preventative. Jackson is a puller on leash, and only knows commands for sit – but he’s a smart, loving dog who is still young enough to learn a few new tricks! Jackson is family oriented and playful. He loves to run with Will in the mornings and play outdoors. Jackson gets along well with other dogs and older kids, but cannot be in a home with cats. Can you offer this young pup a place to stay?
