Penny is a citizen in Des Moines, IA, who is going into the hospital for extended care from 9/3/2019-10/22/2019. Penny is hoping to find a PACT foster for her little guy, Bandit, while she focuses on her health.
Bandit is a 3 year old neutered male Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix. Bandit is about 20lbs, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Bandit does well with other dogs in a neutral, off-leash setting like dog parks, but can be leash-reactive. Bandit should not be homed with cats or young children. He has a lot of commands including: sit, stay, shake, high five, roll over, sit pretty, “BANG,” and he’ll jump through hula hoops. More than anything, Penny is hoping to find a foster for Bandit who is retired or works from home, and will be able to offer him the love and companionship she’s given him since he was 3 months old.
