Kearstin is a member of the US Air Force preparing for her first overseas assignment. Kearstin had arranged for a family to look after her dachshund, Jax, from 12/30/2019 – 8/1/2020, but unfortunately they are no longer able to help! Kearstin is hoping to find a great foster family for Jax near Kill Devil Hills, NC.
Jax is a 6 year old neutered male Dachshund. Jax is up to date on his vaccinations and flea/tick preventative. He is crate trained, leash trained, and knows commands for sit, stay, speak, and “be pretty.” Jax is great with other low energy dogs and aside from his daily walkies, prefers to cuddle with Kearstin or play with his squeaky toys during the day. Kearstin says, “He spins on two legs for treats! And he is the most cuddly and loyal pup.” Can you offer Jax a place to stay?
