Emory is a member of the US Army who is preparing for an overseas assignment which will take him away from his Orlando, FL, home from 1/31/2020 – 4/30/2021.  Emory is hoping to find a great PACT foster for his beautiful and smart pup, Junior.

Junior is a 1 year old, neutered male Doberman Pinscher.  Junior is about 70lbs and up to date on his vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm prevention.  Junior is a well socialized, well trained, energetic puppy who will require a good deal of exercise and would probably enjoy a playmate or two!  Junior is crate trained, and knows commands for sit, lay down, up, roll over, paw/shake, and heel.  He can be a puller on leash and will need a foster who is willing to work with him on his leash manners.  Junior loves other dogs, especially when they are friendly and like to play.  He has lived with cats previously as well.  Emory says of Junior: “He is a very kind and loving dog, who is friendly with everyone that walks through the door. He acts as if its a new best friend coming to play with him. He was raised with love, kindness and discipline to be good and friendly dog, to display no aggression. He knows some great tricks on how to roll over, give you a paw handshake. You can voice command him to give you left hand or right hand. He knows the command heel! for him to move close to your right side and sit. He knows how to sit and lay down. He knows how to bark on command, back up, up from a laying down position and turn around while standing up on all four taught by myself. If he doesn’t want to follow commands he will let you know with a bark to your face lol. He loves to be talked to, and given a belly rub, head rub knowing that he is loved. He is literally a Velcro type of dog who will follow you anywhere. But give him a large bone, or a fun trip to the dog park and you will no longer exist to him until he is tired and ready to go.  It’s like having a kid; you just have to talk with him and he will learn.”
