URGENT! Moo needs a foster in KS!

Elizabeth is a member of the US Army and JUST found out she will be leaving on assignment at the end of the week on 2/7/2020!  Elizabeth’s fiance is already deployed and her parents are allergic to her dog, Moo, so she’s desperate to find a PACT foster to care for her special guy.  Moo will need a foster near Fort Riley, KS, from 2/7/2020 – 12/31/2020.  Can you give Moo a safe place to stay?

Moo is a 5 year old 80lbs neutered male mixed breed dog.  Moo is up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention.  He has been crate trained and knows commands for sit, stay, wait, shake hands, wave hello, give kisses, leave it, and walk nice.  He can be a puller on leash and will need a strong walker!  Moo is a rescue and was sadly used as a bait dog as a puppy; because of this he displays fear-based aggression around other dogs and is generally not safe around other animals. Moo is great with all ages of people and is extremely affectionate, loving, and playful.  Elizabeth says, “He is very lovable, he thinks hes a small lap dog, he can never get enough love or attention!”  Moo would love a family with no other pets who could take him on daily walks.
