Katrina is a front line health care worker who is unable to live at home currently because her mother is at high risk of contracting the novel coronavirus.  Katrina had left her dog, Orion, with her brother, who suddenly wasn’t able to care for him and dropped him at a local shelter.  After scrambling to retrieve Orion from the shelter, Katrina has him safe at home with her mother, but mom can’t give Orion the attention and exercise he needs for long.  PACT is working quickly to find this sweet guy a safe and loving place to stay while Katrina helps to save lives in her community.

Orion is a 7 year old, 65 bls, neutered male pit bull/lab mix.  Orion is microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.  Orion is crate trained, can be a puller on leash, and knows commands for sit, and in your crate.  Orion does well with other dogs and kids of all ages.  Katrina says, “He’s a big baby. Very playful and likes to follow you around the house and snuggle against you. I would prefer a loving, understanding family. He just came out of a bad situation so he may need some time to adjust, please be patient.”
