Michaela is a retired Air Force veteran who is going through a high risk medical procedure and will need assistance with her puppy, Rosco, from 8/31/2020 – 10/31/2020. Rosco will need a foster near his family’s home in Monroeville, PA.
Rosco is a 4 month old, 45 lbs, male Golden Retriever. Rosco will be neutered shortly before or shortly after he enters his foster home. He is up to date on his vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Rosco is just a little puppy, and will need some help with his leash and obedience training. He currently responds to sit and come. He is crate trained and house broken. Rosco is a fun loving pup who does well with other dogs and cats, kids and adults. He does have one big temptation – he loves to chew paper! Please keep an eye on this guy while you’re sorting your mail or if there’s a tissue box near by, as Rosco loves to shred it! If you’re looking for the commitment to training that comes with the adorableness of a little pup, then Rosco might just be the foster for you.
