Lauren is a member of the US Army preparing for a year-long overseas assignment from 9/23/2020 – 9/26/2021. Lauren is having a really difficult time finding a temporary home for her cat, Karen, near their home in Fort Hood, TX.
Karen is a 2 year old, 13lbs, spayed female long-haired calico cat. Karen is up to date on her vaccinations and microchipped. She can be a little nervous around men, but that usually doesn’t last very long. Karen warms up quickly and does well with other cats, and would probably do fine with a gentle dog. Lauren says, “She is a beautiful rescue who has given me so much love when I was in need of a companion. Karen is genuinely one of the sweetest cats ever. She cuddles the perfect amount and can sense emotion. She is the only family I have out here in Texas.”
