Jose is a member of the US Army who is preparing for an overseas assignment from 4/30/2021- 10/14/2021. Jose has no nearby family or friends to take care of his beautiful pup Lily near their home in Raeford, NC.
Lily is a 1 year old, 45 lbs, spayed female Siberian Husky. Lily is up to date on her vaccinations, flea/tick preventative, and heartworm preventative. She is crate trained and working on her leash manners, and knows commands for sit, lay down, and stay. Lily has lived happily with other dogs and cats before, and would love to have some older kids to play with in a yard as well. Lily is a high energy pup and will need a foster who will give her plenty of exercise and supervision. She can be a chewer in the home when not supervised, and Jose always crates her whenever he is out of the house for this reason. She may also dig in the yard if left unsupervised. Jose says, “She loves attention and will come looking for it. She enjoys cuddling.”
