Nero needs your help! His owner is in the Air Force and is deploying overseas. His owner’s mom is allergic to cats and can’t help, and his friends cannot assist either. That’s where PACT comes in!

- Never been around any other cats, dogs, or kids!
Nero loves sitting in his cat tree near the window and watching the birds outside. He also loves to play with his toys, and his owner will provide plenty of them!
He loves kneading (making biscuits) on a soft blanket. Still very playful and likes to chase and be chased by his owner.
