Jasper’s mom is heading to pilot school with the Air Force, so he needs a safe place to stay until she returns.
His owner is willing to transport Jasper ANY DISTANCE to make sure he is fostered in a loving home.
He has feline leukemia, so he can’t be around other cats – unless they have it as well.
He loves to cuddle and he is low energy. Just a joy to be around!
