COCO Needs a FOSTER – 7/10/22 – 9/10/22 – Columbus, OH

After 20 years of service to our country, Coco’s owner is finally retiring from the Navy. Coco’s owner will be returning to his hometown area and needs someone to foster Coco for about two months while he transitions to find a new home within the Columbus, Ohio area. These dates are estimated and may vary by a few weeks.

Fur Facts:

  • Female Pitbull
  • 8-year-old, 45 lbs
  • High energy
  • Good with people and children of all ages
  • Not good with other dogs or pets
  • Not crate trained

Fun Facts:

Coco is a happy and mushy toddler. The definition of a “Nanny dog” she absolutely LOVES to cuddle and especially loves kids of all ages. She enjoys going on the trampoline, using you as her bed, and occasionally you will witness her licking a window. Coco has a cute way of talking to you when she wants your attention.

Coco has separation anxiety and doesn’t like to be left alone for more than 8 or 9 hours. Coco needs to be the only pet in the home and has a very high prey drive for any other animal. Care must be taken with having secure doors and a yard. Coco is aggressive with other dogs.
