Garry is a citizen in Colfax, WA, who will be going in to the hospital for knee surgery from 6/21/2019 – 8/15/2019. Garry’s recovery will impede his ability to walk his faithful schnauzer, Herbert. Garry doesn’t have any friends or relatives close by to help with Herbert, so PACT is looking for a great foster for just two months!
Herbert is a 10 year old neutered male Schnauzer, and is only about 30lbs. Herb is up to date on his vaccinations, his flea/tick medication, and his heartworm preventative. Herb doesn’t have experience around other dogs, cats, or young children. As always, PACT would recommend a slow introduction to other pets and lots of supervision when any children interact with any dogs. Herb is a big lover, he’s happiest laying next to a person, being pet, and generally just being a part of his person’s life. Garry says that the perfect foster family for Herb would be a quiet home, preferably with no other pets where Herb can relax and be loved on.
