Andrew is a member of the US Army who is currently overseas on assignment. Andrew’s assignment was only supposed to be a short 3 months away, during which time his roommate would care for his faithful dog, Hunter. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, Andrew’s 3 month term has turned into a 9 month term, and his roommate has his own deployment beginning in September. PACT is hoping to find a great foster for Hunter from 8/15/2020 – 12/17/2020 near Hinesville, GA.
Hunter is a 3 year old, 60lbs, neutered male blue-tick hound mix. He is microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention. Hunter is crate and leash trained and knows commands for sit, stay and heel. Hunter is a social butterfly and loves to play with other dogs and kids, but shouldn’t be in a home with cats. Andrew says that Hunter loves his chew toys, kids, doing zoomies in the yard, and snuggling up on the couch.
