Rachel is a member of the US Navy and is currently on overseas assignment from now until 3/31/2022. Rachel’s mom had volunteered to care for her sweet puppy, Cas, but unfortunately the family dog is too protective of his home to let Cas live there, too. Now Rachel is hoping there is another family near Holbrook, MA, who can offer Cas a great place to stay while she’s serving.
Cas is a 6 month old, 50 lbs, neuter-pending male Cane Corso/Pit mix. Cas is up to date on his vaccinations, and flea/tick prevention, and he has a neuter appointment scheduled for August, which his “grandma” will transport him to. Cas is great with other friendly dogs, but he doesn’t have experience with young kids and cats. Cas is crate and leash trained and knows commands for sit, paw, and stay. Rachel says, “My dog is very lovable and loyal, he loves to be with people and he loves playing with other dogs at the dog park. After he gets exercise he will sleep for a long time. He is very good about going into his crate.”
